Is Your Generic Medication As Good Brand Name Analogue?

A generic medication is an exact copy of a brand-name medicine. It has the same route of administration, dosage, intended use, side effects, safety and strength (even if a pill has a different shape or color). A generic drug simply means that the drug is not made by the original manufacturer, the chemical is exactly the same. To put it differently generics have identical active ingredients and their pharmacological effects are the same (as those of their brand-name equivalents). Thus a generic drug is not worse than brand medicine

Do I Need A Prescription?

If you are ordering a prescription drug, Yes. Every one of our contracted pharmacies requires a valid prescription written by a medical practitioner licensed to practice in your area of residence. All prescriptions must be written in English.

We currently export to all 50 US states, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. We have an international export program for all included countries, and will be rolling out more international program soon.
For payment, we only accept wholesale orders via our selected method of payment, paid prior to shipping at this time. We are working on an ACH/Bank Transfer option coming soon.
When submitting a wholesale request, please send some proof of a business. We might also need a copy of your valid resale or business license.
Return Policy
All Sales are Final with the exception of damaged goods. If your product arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged item immediately and send details with pictures to [email protected] within 2 business days of when product is received.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund inquiry is received, we may require that the item be shipped back to us for inspection. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry and/or returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Are the medications you provide genuine? Are they the same as if I went to a high street pharmacy?

Absolutely. We use the same pharmaceutical suppliers and wholesalers as traditional high street pharmacies. All medicines purchased by a pharmacy (internet or high street) must be purchased from an approved wholesaler.

Can I use an existing prescription?

We do not currently accept existing NHS or private prescriptions. We offer a free consultation service which is reviewed by one of our prescribers who will issue a private prescription to all eligible patients. There is no additional cost for this process.

Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, we only use plain, discreet packaging without any branding or labels.
Is the service confidential?

Your medical data and order history is completely confidential and will only be viewable by our pharmacy staff and prescribers.

What are the Shipping rates at GH Pharmacy?

We offer overnight delivery to the USA and Canada at $50.00. For a normal 3-day shipping, the charge is $30.00. All packages shipped to countries apart from USA and Canada do have 34.99 shipping charge.

Are the products approved?
All our products are of the best quality and officially approved by the FDA facilities. We do provide genuine pharmaceutical products since Rhema Pharmacy is an Accredited Mail Service Pharmacy with URAC.
How Can I pay for my medications without any trace?

At GH Pharmacy we do provide discreet payment methods for customer privacy and security. We do accept Crypto Currencies, Zelle, Cashapp, other Money Orders like Apple Pay PayPal deposits made as Family and Friends.

How do packages Look like?
  • They either come in bottles or blister packs in the form of tablets which are sealed envelope as documents. Our customers privacy is our priority so therefore on the envelope it is indicated only your name and your shipping details.
What are your refund policies?

We offer full refunds without any questions if the package gets lost in the hands of the shipping company, or is seized by custom. We do NOT offer refunds if the package was shipped to a wrong address you provided. So, always make sure to type in your contact info correctly.

What do i do if my package is delayed or held by customs?

If your order is held by the customs authorities  and you do not receive your package, please contact us and we will get to know more why your package is being held.  note that If the package gets thrown away or seized by customs authorities, we will not send a new package or initiate a refund till we have the package which was seized.
